Couples Rejoice: Inside the Ultra-Luxurious Sense Spa at Rosewood Little Dix Bay

As a busy professional with a family, relaxing on vacation is absolutely paramount, and a really high-end spa is an absolute requirement for me when I’m going to a resort for some rejuvenation. The Sense Spa at Rosewood Little Dix Bay is one of the best reasons you should book your vacation at this resort, and no exception to the rule.

Located higher up on the hill than most of the rest of the resort, the spa offers unparalleled views of the Caribbean, not only from the treatment rooms, but from the double-level infinity pool that is open only to folks who have a treatment booked for the day. When we arrived for our spa treatment, we were the only ones around, and it was a quiet and tranquil place. The paths are full of foliage and are perfectly manicured.

The locker rooms are very inviting with natural woods and calming tones throughout. It’s a full service locker room with beautiful outdoor showers and amenities, as well as delicious snacks and infused water.

On this trip with the teenagers, I booked a couples spa experience to have a few hours of alone time with my husband, and it was an amazing experience. Don’t worry, the kids had a blast playing pickleball on Rosewood’s courts while we were away at the top of the hill and got complimentary ice cream on the beach – amazing complimentary perks included with any stay at Rosewood LDB! The couples spa experience begins with washing your feet, and they provide you with different options such as use of a Theragun, hot stones, and aromatherapy. We had our own private casita for the massage, and outside were lounge chairs and a small hot jacuzzi tub.

With the couples spa experience, you also get a bottle of prosecco and a charcuterie board, which was refreshing after the long, 90-minute treatment.

The views from our private massage casita were second-to-none, and we could’ve stayed there all evening. The brochure indicates that you are allowed to use the space for 30 minutes, but I’m pretty sure we were there for nearly an hour. It’s possible we may have been the last treatment of the day as we saw not a single soul at the spa the whole time we were there.

Our treatment was excellent and the experience left us very relaxed and ready to rejoin the kiddos for the rest of the adventure-filled week. I highly recommend booking a treatment at Sense Spa, and definitely carve out the time to come early or stay late to enjoy the amazing infinity pool and views! It was easily one of the highlights of our stay here at Rosewood Little Dix Bay!
