Top Five Hotels and Resorts for 2025

Top Five Hotels and Resorts for 2025

We stayed at a really diverse range of resorts and hotels this year. From a tiny, boutique resort in Roatan, Honduras, to the epically luxe St. Regis in Chicago for a treat-yourself staycation. It was tough to not only narrow down the absolute best of the year, but ranking this year was also difficult, since the Top Five were all really spectacular. But the hard part is over, on to the list!

5. Bryant Park Hotel, New York City

We loved this boutique Midtown Manhattan Hotel not only for its perfect location, but also the chic and mid-century modern furnishings in our very large room. From the comfortable bed, to the spacious bathroom, this was the perfect place for a long weekend of playing tourist in New York. There are not a ton of frills or amenities here, but you’re never in New York to hang out in your hotel, so this was the best spot for us. Check out more details about this hotel here!

4. Park MGM Resort, Las Vegas

The Park MGM Resort in Las Vegas is my go-to hotel in Las Vegas. I love it for the chill vibes, great location on the strip, reasonable prices, and non-smoking casino. Some of the best restaurants in Las Vegas are hidden in this smaller resort, and you can’t go wrong stopping for a sip of delicious and unique wine at Eataly. Prices for cabanas and reserve seating at the pool are some of the best on the strip, and service at the pool is top-notch. We’ll continue to come here again and again! Read my overview of the resort here for more reasons to book!

3. St. Regis Chicago

We stayed here for one night for a little staycation to celebrate Brian’s birthday this year. This brand-new hotel is absolute luxe to the max, with a soaring lobby, large, modern rooms, one of the top Italian restaurants in Chicago, and a luxurious spa. We did it all in the short, 20 hours that we stayed here, but it’s definitely Chicago’s best address! Tap here for my full review!

2. Rosewood Little Dix Bay, Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands

Rosewood Little Dix Bay is undeniably one of the best resorts we stayed at in 2025. While there were some irritations with their butler service, the rest of the experience was luxurious, relaxing, and near-perfect. With multiple restaurant options, amazing complimentary activities like beach drops, and one of the most beautiful spa set-ups I’ve ever experienced, this resort has it all. Check out all of the details in my overview here!

1. Four Seasons, Mexico City

We came to the Four Seasons in Mexico City for a luxe birthday break for my birthday this year in August, and I had no notes for this hotel. The service here is impeccable, the restaurants are delicious, and the amenities like the pool and tour offerings are tops.

Not only did we enjoy our spacious room, but the lush courtyard here felt like an island of tranquility amidst a very bustling city. This hotel is Mexico City’s absolute best place to relax after a long day of touring. Close to the poshest areas of the city, it’s also a great location for experiencing everything CDMX has to offer – which is a lot. Don’t forget to take advantage of the tours and experiences they offer. Four Seasons will never disappoint you. Check out more details in my full review here!
